Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request a valuation or start a WhatsApp chat, we collect the name, phone number, email address and vehicle details you provide. We also record which vehicle listing the enquiry came from so our sales team can respond with the right context.

In this demo build, all of that data is stored only in your own browser using localStorage. Nothing is transmitted to a server.

How we use your information

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange test drives or inspections, prepare finance options and complete documentation for a purchase or sale.

We do not sell customer data to third parties. Finance applications are shared only with the lender you choose to apply through.

WhatsApp communication

Clicking a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. The message content, including the vehicle ID and price, is visible to our sales team once you send it. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs the transport of those messages.

Data retention and your rights

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you, and then archived. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to hello@drivedeal.online.

In this demo you can clear everything instantly from Admin → Settings → Reset Demo Data, or by clearing your browser storage.
